Exchange & Returns

Currently, we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. By finalising your purchase, you acknowledge that we will not provide compensation or a replacement item, unless the item is defective.

We are happy to exchange any purchases (excluding sale items) within 30 days of the original date of purchase. All purchases, with a valid receipt, must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping. See the exchange process below for further details.

We will ask you a few questions and if your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

All exchanges will be subject to stock availability. Exchanges will also be subject to a delivery fee payable by the recipient.

We will begin to process your exchange within 24 -72 hours of acceptance and stock will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, you will be provided the option of store credit or alternative stock.

Please note that all purchases made outside of Australia are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. No exceptions.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we may evaluate and rectify the issue promptly. 

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable postal carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.

All shipping costs on the original purchase, including those incurred for returns, are non-refundable.
